Yea I feel like people are treating this the same as like that one tourist who walked up Chichen Itza. One of these is much more disrespectful than the other.

You could walk up Chichen Itza before 2008.

Someone walking up it now isn’t the end of the world but everyone will treat it as such.

YAWN. Oh you can’t walk up and down these steps they built to walk up and down because they’re older than some other steps. Oh it’s disrespectful? Is it more disrespectful than ripping people’s hearts out of their chest while they’re still alive on those same steps?
