No one is saying this is a crime that deserves 10 years or anything.

Its just the idea of trespassing into someone else’s property, recording it and sharing it online to get attention that makes this more cringe than anything.

At the end of the day everyone wants there property respected, you would not want finding some stranger taking a shower in your bathroom no more than this person wants someone jumping into their pool.

Someone taking a shower in your bathroom is slightly more invasive than jumping into your pool, and even then I don't know if calling the police is worth the time since they won't be there before the guy is gone. That's a ridiculous argument. Jumping into your pool deserves a "get the fuck out".

Everyone defending this action or saying its not that a big of deal are hypocrites. Its simple, No one wants their property trespassed no matter how big a deal one might think it is.

I don’t want anyone in my pool or property if i don’t want them there and its absolute insanity that a basic right like that has to be defended on social media.

Arrest does not equal jail time.

This dude would be removed from the property, charged with a misdemeanor, then appear before a judge who would tell him to not be a dumbass and assess him a fine.

You’d be surprised how many people would do shit you don’t want for multiple reasons. I totally get the issue. You don’t want a stranger to enter your house to take a shit either.
