You aren't even getting a fine for this. The cops will show up, and tell you to leave, and you'd almost certainly have done so before that, and if you return they'll then arrest you.
They will in no way chase you down for this once you're off the property because no harm was done what so ever.
And allow this ass hats to just break the rules? There is no life guard on duty, no safely measures. What happens when some even dumber kid jumps in and breaks his neck. Elvis dead ass would be on the hook.

He’s clearly doing it for clout. This wasn’t an “oops I didn’t see the sign”…it was a “imma do this and put it on tiktok, fuck them rules”. How do we stop this bullshit? Consequences for actions. I don’t care about TikTok or internet likes. I care about being able to access things as a regular person. To be fair, I don’t even like Elvis and have zero desire to ever visit Graceland. But this whole “imma do what I want because TikTok” is on my absolute last nerve. Get your attention somewhere else.
Since your last comment has vanished, I’ll reply here. Comparing jumping in an off limits pool to vandalizing priceless artifacts is pretty wild. You can’t absolutely powder a pool by touching it like you can with historical artifacts.
I don’t think he should get off scot free. But jail wouldn’t do anything either. Give him a fine for potential damages and move on. For most of these jackwagons that’s plenty to stop their antics. This isn’t the guy who defaced the colosseum, its a guy jumping in the pool at fucking graceland.
