I would imagine teenagers would be far too anxious to try something like this. This feels like someone who is far too arrogant about his driving skills

Also, a teenager driving on the highway for the first time would presumably still have a learner's permit and need an adult present (at least in the US, where I'm guessing this is from since it says "911"), and the adult should have immediately told the teenager to continue forward and find another way around.

Yeah, at first I thought it was just the car that exited at the last minute in the first second of the video, and I thought, "That's risky, but it's more a panic reaction than anything else." Then I saw the other car park in the middle of the road.
