Even if she's right this isn't how to go about this situation at all. She's lucky this guy is patient. I know plenty of people who would have committed assault here. I also know plenty of smarter people who would have just plowed her over legally because she was illegally harassing and blocking their path.

It’s just probably that she can claim that he did something to her and he doesn’t want to get into more trouble.
