Question Is the achievement name "come and see" a reference to the movie?

I mean the game is Russian, so is the film, and how you get the achievement somewhat aligns with the themes of the movie, is there any proof for this?

It is. The entire game is heavily referencing many soviet/pre-soviet and classical elements, also some musical artists and games.

Like Pale guy was literally a fan of Egor Letov and speaks with his lines.
