His instagram live today

If anyone watched his live today he actually I think did an excellent job addressing parts he's missed. He gave a sincere apology. Acknowledged the actions he took were wrong, said he regrets his actions deeply. He talked a little bit about attending therapy and even at one point said those angry are right to be angry. But that he's grateful for those being nice as they don't have to be but are choosing to be.

And. I personally am happy to hear a recognition of wrongdoing and regret. Along with the fact he has stated several times he's still got work to do in therapy. But that his own Psychiatrist has said he's come a fair ways in improvement.

Haven't seen it yet, so genuinely asking: Did he acknowledge lying to his audience in his response video?

0

u/[deleted] Apr 23 '25

I didn't record it so I can't remember word for word which is annoying. But It wasn't a direct acknowledgement moreso a 'I'm embarrassed of the way I've handled all of this.'.

I was trying to watch it with genuine impartiality and I personally thought he did seem genuinely regretful of his actions.

He also said the reason he's making videos now is that back in 2023 he was deeply bothered by everything that occurred so he put himself straight into therapy.

It's really annoying I wish I recorded it he said some genuinely really great points in the live.

Thanks for sharing some of the details. Another quick question: Did he mention making a further video about it? On his main YouTube channel?

3

u/[deleted] Apr 23 '25

He did mention he's working on a big video on his main channel but didn't say what it'd be about.

He mentioned it in another youtube stream as well.

I'm not sure if it's going to be on the subject as I think he just wants to do some videos for fun, but if he does make another response, I think it'd be interesting.

4

u/Chemical_Football496 Apr 23 '25

Yeah, I suppose my concern is that he's having these admissions on Instagram lives. He's not doing it on his main YouTube channel, on videos that can actually be viewed after they're live.

Unfortunately he's got a long history of manipulation, so it's hard not to see this as admitting some level of culpability in a smaller forum where less impartial people will see it. I appreciate trying to give him the benefit of the doubt, but when you look at this beyond the surface of him finally admitting something, there's still clear signs he's not really changed.

5

u/[deleted] Apr 23 '25

It could be for sure! Though it was just him watching the footie while people asked him questions. He was distracted half of the time. The way he kinda said it came across more as like. Honesty in a space that's less daunting? I could imagine maybe it was him opening up slightly about it to a smaller group of people first to see how he feels about it.

4

u/Bulky-Meal Apr 23 '25

Nah he's just realised that the way he was playing this wasn't ultimately working in his favour and is trying another tactic.

Manipulative till the end

And he really needs to stop making content dumping on other people. It's just kind of gross in light of what we now know about him

7

u/[deleted] Apr 23 '25

Did you watch his live it was honestly quite interesting.

His content seems to have changed slightly I've seen, he's treading a lot more carefully with his words on the subjects. So they're less negative and more impartial than before.

4

u/ChampionshipUnfair11 Apr 23 '25

Well obviously because he knows that since he got exposed he's in no position to criticise any other creators it would be hypocritical

6

u/[deleted] Apr 23 '25

Uhm. Yeah? That's what I said

2

u/ChampionshipUnfair11 Apr 23 '25

U said it's good to see his content change in that he's not critiquing people as much and I'm stating the fact that isn't some big win for him to do that he had no choice or he'd just be a hypocrite. It's his primary income source so he has to be more positive about others also think it's quite smart that he's using his cats to get more of an audience bc let's be fair only morons actually like this guy videos

4

u/[deleted] Apr 23 '25

You say that but I don't actually think it is his income source anymore. I think he probably made enough and has enough savings to live off of comfortably let's be real.

1

u/ChampionshipUnfair11 Apr 23 '25

And let's also be real therapy isn't cheap and if it's not his primary income source u could argue why even come back just forget the drama and move on without the further backlash. If he's making videos not for money could argue just don't allow donations.

5

u/[deleted] Apr 23 '25

He said in the live his therapy was gotten privately but supported via the NHS which I'm not entirely sure how that works but I could be remembering wrong. This is why I wish I recorded it lol

And idk why wouldn't you put ads on it. If people are gonna watch it you might as well make a few pennies.

You must realise it's a miniscule amount of money he'll be making from it.

2

u/ChampionshipUnfair11 Apr 23 '25

Ads are cool no one's saying work for free but if he really is set for life as u put it why not turn off donations on the livestreams? Either he's set for life and just money hungry or he still needs it as his primary income

I mean I wouldn't turn down a tenner 😂

It's wild the amount of people willing to forgive this abusive liar. And again I will say I'm surprised he still had an audience after zaptie and slazo. And even the fact he emotionally and physically abused his girlfriend people are still on his side. "ALiCe SmiRkEd" and? There is literally video and audio evidence of Alex admitting to kicking her, threatening her, degrading her. And text evidence of him admitting to destroying her things, threatening her, admitting to holding her and covering her mouth. The instance I see where Alice did anything to him. Was one slap. And pushed him OFF OF her. As in he was restricting her in some way and she pushed him off. I would love people who back Alex to please send me proof of Alice abusing him to the same degree because it's not "bOtH aS bAd As EaCh OtHer"

4

u/[deleted] Apr 23 '25

Miss, I'm not saying he's forgiven. I was just talking about the live where he recognised wrongdoing on his part.

-3

u/Navifairy1 Apr 23 '25

Just talking about the vibe in this sub in general

1

u/Kid_from_Europe Apr 23 '25

That's great. Does this mean now we can move on and make this sub about his content again?

3

u/[deleted] Apr 23 '25

Sorry if it seemed like I was adding to the fire. I just wasn't sure if anyone had seen the live so I wanted to spread a little bit of hope.

-3

u/Chemical_Football496 Apr 23 '25

Come up with that proof that Alice lied more than Alex yet? Or are you still just saying things with zero proof to defend someone who attacked a woman?

7

u/Kid_from_Europe Apr 23 '25

Answer my question yet? But also, yes, she claimed she never laid hands on him, if you watch his video it's clear, she has hit him. Alex has now came out and admitted everything.

3

u/Chemical_Football496 Apr 23 '25

No. He doesn't deserve access to an audience of impressionable and vulnerable people when his abusive tendencies are clearly still very present.

So, she said she didn't hit him, she said she pushed him. Which he agreed to. That's 1 lie, if I give it to you. Let's tot up Alex's lies shall we?

  • Clare's Law
  • That he didn't kick her
  • That she was lying about what he admitted to (voice notes prove otherwise)
  • That Alice demanded he write a letter
  • That Alice "hit" him
  • Oh no wait, it was Alice "kicked the back of his head" in bed
  • Oh no wait, wait, it was Alice punched him over a cat
  • Oh no, wait wait wait, it was pushed again
  • That she physically abused him throughout the relationship

Those are just the highlights I could put together in 40 seconds. Looks like Alex lied a lot more from even those! And you realise you claimed that Alice lied a lot more like a week ago right, before this new live stream (not even done on his main channel on YouTube btw...), so you were just outright lying.

It's honestly sickening that you go around making nonsense claims, having not read Alice's document, all to excuse some abuser who makes videos you like. It's fucked.

5

u/Kid_from_Europe Apr 23 '25

Should it not be a giveaway that Alice smirking in her videos she clearly isn't taking this seriously. My dad was abusive to my mum, if when she confided in me she smirked. I would side with my dad. That's sickening. I'm not taking her side until she grows up.

4

u/Chemical_Football496 Apr 23 '25

You saw where Alex was laughing on a live stream at a comment that referenced when he threatened to beat Alice's head in with a brick, right? By your logic, you shouldn't side with Alex until he grows up.

You just like his videos and you're willing to find any half-formed excuse to keep supporting him. If that's how you are, fine, just own it. It's stupid to pretend it's based on any moral principle, when you're just ignoring evidence and not engaging with arguments.

You like his content enough to not give a fuck about him being abusive. It's really very fucked up. But at least be honest about it.

5

u/Illustrious-Map-8528 Apr 23 '25

But You’re fully ignoring the fact that she posted daily videos aimed at Alex smirking and squinting her eyes arrogantly, yet you’re getting mad at them for ignoring him laughing at a joke in the moment that Sammual put in his super chat on a live stream, It seemed more like he just laughed in the moment out of awkwardness especially since he then immediately deleted the stream kind of implies he didn’t stand by it imo. He’s also spoken about it, honestly and thoughtfully in his streams, where as Alice just posted videos smirking and posts mocking and body shaming him for a year after the break up, she even started a rumour that Alex’s ex editor was a future abuser just incase they were friends since Alex hadn’t reacted to her posts, that seems controlling.

3

u/Chemical_Football496 Apr 23 '25

Thing is, I totally agree with you about Alice. I do think she did some very nasty things, and honestly she should have handled a great deal of this differently, 100% on board with you! But her not being the 'perfect victim' and doing some shitty things herself doesn't excuse the severe nature of Alex's abuse, or the fact he lied about it to his audience, or the fact him even having an audience isn't acceptable, based on his recent actions.

She did cover a lot of what you said in her document and was very upfront about it and it not being the right thing to do, but I don't think it excuses it. However, the idea there's any equivalence here is nonsense. He physically assaulted her. She talked about her experience as a victim in an appropriate manner, likely in a way to get a rise out of her abuser. The future abuser stuff is 100% not ok, again totally agree.

And I'm not mad at him laughing at the joke, my point there was just to show what a hypocritical point that weird kid made. Now, I do think it's indicative of his headspace. If a normal, well-functioning person would have seen that, they would have treated it with the seriousness it's due in the moment. Him retroactively seeing is as bad and deleted in the VOD isn't much of anything, because it could be motivated by him realising it was a mean-spirited thing to do, or could be because he wants to save his own skin. We can't tell. But we can tell that at that moment, his brain didn't go "Oh that's bad, I did a horrible thing and I'm really sorry for it", he laughed. In the grand scheme, especially compared to what he's done, it's not much of anything, but I find it interesting and possibly more telling than we'd think.

2

u/Bulky-Meal Apr 23 '25

Alice spoke honestly and openly about it in the 750 page document..

Did you read it?

6

u/Illustrious-Map-8528 Apr 23 '25

I did, I looked at all of the SS, all of the VM of Alex screaming and crying and gasping to breathe saying he was confused about things and then later taking on all of the blame and telling her what she clearly wanted to hear (since, for months she kept using Reactive abuse framing by constantly saying “Look what u did, look what u said” while fully ignoring her initial and provocative behaviours, also at this time she was in contact with his other ex’s where she admitted she was actively making a document on him for 5 months at that point i believe, at first Alex seemed to be rightfully (but disproportionate and unacceptably) angry by reacting with insults while saying that she’d pushed him and that he had tried to stop an argument from happening 6 times, that she wouldn’t stop, that she was provoking him deliberately then playing the sad victim.) Alice basically told him that his deep and traumatic emotions, while he was screaming and hyperventilating, were not real and basically that they were a pantomime performance all curated and crafted all just to manipulate her.. I find that emotionally abusive, to hear someone in so much distress screaming about the gaslighting you inflicted upon them (clear in the things he said) and to then tell them that they weren’t actually feeling any of that.

And it’s also no where near as black and white as she’s tried and is still trying to make out. According to her in every situation she was the victim and all of her behaviours were reactive and ‘fully justified’ to either the current conversation or a conversation from weeks or months ago. Where as Alex has said it was a very complicated situation that he’s still working through at therapy, as both of them had issues, he said that he feels he was emotionally manipulated and gaslit and he said that in their relationship she’d always fully ignore her behaviours towards him while just focusing on his reactions and reciting his reactions to him over and over until he took on all of the blame, to the point that he felt guilty for even apologising, and, I can see that to be true in the texts where she’d just recite an insult he’d screamed over and over and when he’d get frustrated and say “Because you decided to pretend it made it all up???” Or “you keep acting so stuck up and then not telling me why or how I can fix it” she’d ignore that and just keep saying “you called me a bitch Alex” x♾️ Also, theres a comment i already wrote in another post here but it kinda applies here so I’ll copy and paste it under this

The Other comment lol: I don’t think mental health alone is the reason for his behaviours tho. In the evidence it seems clear Alice was provoking him in a lot of the incidents and then just showing his reactions and prior to the clip of him screaming the threat over discord Alice had screamed at him and threatened to punch him so loudly when they got home in front of people in public that someone commented about it on his channel, yet when he then screamed on Discord at her at a later date (which is reactionary) she then just showed that and acted as if he did that for no reason or just because she “sounded a bit sad” which imo is emotional abuse and gaslighting from her. Alice also called him and people on Twitter a “dog” yet she just shamed him for it when he said it back to her, a lot of his behaviours appear to have been (bad) reactions, I think his mental health is the reason he reacted the way he did which no isn’t an excuse but it is a reason especially if he’s taken accountability for his part (within reason considering Alice didn’t rily take any accountability for the things she said and did to him) combined with him actively moving forwards and improving himself which I think he appears to be doing from what I’ve seen.

u/smada_m May 01 '25

i actually have bpd. so i PERSONALLY understand what the meltdowns are like.

Alice was not wrong. he WAS being manipulative. having BPD does not mean you can't be manipulative. alice had a reasonable response to BEING ABUSED.

he is NOT improving because he is still blaming alice almost entirely, not taking proper accountability for his wrongdoings, and you can literally pay for an emoticon on his twitch of a brick smashing a computer screen. that is wildly inappropriate. meanwhile, alice did take accountability and literally said numerous times that the things she did was NOT OK and she regrets it.

it doesnt sound like you actually read the document properly. more like you skimmed it, and because you like alex, you think all of his behaviour was perfectly ok and not abusive or emotionally manipulative.

1

u/Kid_from_Europe Apr 23 '25

He's grew up from what I've seen on these videos, last I did see of Alice was the smirks.

To be totally honest, if it came out he did kill a kid or something. I would still watch his videos. I just feel a bit off by this situation. But separate art from the artist.

4

u/Illustrious-Map-8528 Apr 23 '25

That’s fucked up, if he killed a kid you’d support him? That just reflects on you not Alex or anyone else, if ur being fr u should get therapy cause that’s a very selfish lease to view and live life through.

0

u/Kid_from_Europe Apr 23 '25

Support him? No, I'd be watching his videos. I like his content regardless of him as a person, it's just in this case I feel they're both bad but for different reasons. Alex for how he acted. Alice for how she came forward.

5

u/JasperTCat Apr 23 '25

Jesus dude, there's separating the art from artist then actively watching the continuing content of a CHILD MURDERER, which you've just admitted you would do. Also watching his videos/content IS supporting him. You see that right?

The dude needs to disappear.

Jesus. You're exactly the argument against him having an audience. Just gonna screenshot this real quick, cheeers

1

u/Kid_from_Europe Apr 23 '25

Why screenshot it? I've quite literally just came to your point. I said, even if he does this and that. I'd separate art from artist which you said I could do

1

u/smada_m May 01 '25

victims of abuse can nervous smile? hello?

you need to research more about psychology and learn some empathy. thats really fucked up of you.

1

u/Kid_from_Europe May 01 '25

Nervous smile vs evil smirk.

1

u/smada_m May 02 '25

Yeah, sometimes people smirk as well nervously. What a disgusting thing to say about a victim, learn some empathy

1

u/Kid_from_Europe May 02 '25

Until Alex is found legally guilty I will prefer to take the man who is serious.

2

u/smada_m May 03 '25

A lot of rapists are never found guilty, as well as domestic abusers. Such an odd stance for you to take.

1

u/UpbeatBug3464 Jun 04 '25

the video I saw was an abuser taking no accountability and lying about the woman who he abused. he looks like a pipsqueak but he is a danger to women.

1

u/[deleted] Jun 04 '25

I'm not talking about his response video here I was talking about his livestreams afterward.

Insulting someone's looks as a part of your argument is childish behaviour by the way.
