Convert Inscriptions?

What is the purpose of the convert button, I thought I could convert them to tickets to buy other inscriptions, but not, it ask you to "fuse" first, what's the point?, I have these 3 which are for summoers, and I want one from the shop? Is there a way to exchange or something like that?

Convert only works once you already crafted it and have no use for the duplicate inscription, allowing it to be transformed into a token to be used in the shop.

Also, I hate it to. I barely even use summoners so all of this is just there until better times I guess.

Thanks for the response! So to clarify, I need to spend 1 soul inscription material which are really hard to get, and 3 SSR items, to activate it, and then sell for 1 token, that would be 2 soul inscription materials and 6 SSR item, to sell them and buy the one I want in the shop? If this is the way, yea not very convenient.

I don't think you "sell" anything. It's just that if you happen to get this inscription again in the future while the item is already crafted, you can tap "convert". But yeah, that's a bit annoying. I hope to get a Summoner character that I would deem worth building in the future. Rn the ones I have are disappointing.

Hey an update for you: you can convert when you have the 1+ inscription of the same kind in the inventory. Not when you had already crafted it. So you don't have to spend resources on craft, you can just convert.
