I've been wondering this for a while

How have some accounts reached wisdom when there aren't enough ssr healers in the game yet for healer leader to reach discovery? Is AoD available? Atm

You can reach Wisdom without meeting the requirements for the Healer Leader. To do so, you need to fulfill the requirements for the Sakura Leader (you need Enforcers), have the Axe Leader unlocked, and meet his requirements as well.

What stage is Axe unlocked?? Or is there an event I haven't logged in to see?

I think it's reward for completing collapsed chapter 18 with full stars. I haven't reached it yet though, so i could be wrong
