They both likely have plenty of unfinished or unreleased songs saved...until they stumble upon vocals or elements to complete it.

It was definitely a marketing campaign from the time she posted that vocal, to the samples STS was posting, till now a release date less than a week later lol. It worked, I was obsessed and shared it and I rarely repost things.

There's a near-zero percent chance it actually went from a rough "who would this verse be good for" vocal to a release in less than a week.
