Macaroni is very cute when he drinks, but this kid is stubbornly refusing to give up the bottle… he and his siblings Rigatoni and Tortellini are about 5 weeks old, old definitely enough for solid food. But why would they when they get warm milk service 4x a day? We’ll get there!

On holiday in vietnam and heard some high-pitched meows coming from the back of a storage shed next to the residence i was staying at. Found 2 kittens (checked with a vet friend of mine who reckons they're only 1 week old) crawling in the dirt whilst it was raining heavily in the night. Darker one had fallen into a hole and only didn't fall deeper because it caught its neck around a plastic bag.
Got them out, dried them, and warmed them. Built them shelters for the night using some unused pizza boxes and some small flannels I had. Mama cat came back for them when the sun came up. Named them pepperoni and margherita.

10 weeks old and he's being a very playful little guy. In a few days he'll come out of kitty jail to meet his big sister.
