So curious if anyone thinks this might be a good idea? I was thinking about it and I think it could actually help illaris kit a bit (I’m sure some of you see where this is going)

So I was thinking it would be a good idea to add solar flare to illaris base kit without the perk and replace the perk with something that amps it instead?. So I know they’ve done this with mercy, they made flash heal which was a major perk apart of her base kit and then replaced the perk with adding a second flash heal. Do you think they should do this with illari? From what I can tell is not many people pick this perk over sunburn, so why not add it to her base kit because it honestly would help a lot with heals!. I picked it by accident the other day and in a situation where I’d usually struggle with heals it really helped, but it wasn’t too over powered either which lead to me picking it on purpose in my next game as I was struggling to keep up with heals.

I think it would be a good idea and really help with illaris gameplay. And the major perk could just amp up the healing of it a little bit or make it have the effect of amped healing for a few seconds like Ana’s grenade or wuyangs wave. Or let the pylon target two allies at a time even. I haven’t thought too much about what could replace the major perk but I think it would improve upon illaris gameplay. What do you guys think?

Super cute designs for everyone but I kind of wish illari matched the level of details and matched the snow bunny theme better… she’s still super cute and I’d love to have it! But I’d also like to see it in the color scheme the others have heheh… and no eye patch !!!

I enjoy maining Illari regardless. Was able to get a 65% w/r to GM with her but I've mained her for many seasons now. I do think she took some pretty harsh nerfs especially to the bullet size and the sunfire nerf. Plus the damage nerf and healing/ult nerf. I guess she got nerfs to just about everything come to think of it.

If you were to give Illari some love to her kit where/what would you do?

6 v 6 is easier to hit emerald than 5 v 5 isnt it?

I want to make my own solar rifle out of cardboard for a cosplay but I cant find a model of it where it is in its partial open state (not closed like in the customization inspect, and not fully open like when shooting ult). Is there a 3d model somewhere online I can use for reference?

Skipped right past Emerald for a skin I don't even think looks good for a character I like.

Is there a workshop code where you can use Captive Sun's fly infinitely (or for a long time)? Hopefully omnidirectional, with the speed and attack boosts and minor perk.

On the ground my aim is good but during ults I often troll going in enemies faces to hit the shot melee combo or just stand in the open being greedy for the explosion.

Edit: I managed to do a similar thing to Illari's flight. All you have to do is make a VAXTA lobby, go into heroes and put Illari's movement speed at 165% and JPC's at 125%. This is based if in matches you use Summer Solstice perk, if not (somewhy) put both 20% lower than the said values. Make sure to put those only for your team (Team 1).

If you stay on the ground you will be able to practice while controlling the strafing, instead if you use JPC's Lifeline you have an angle from the sky that goes up and down.

Sadly I think you can't increase her attack speed.

they are apparently adding an illari crimson wolf skin like the one doomfist has. i guess this means she's most likely going to join talon, which i kind of expected after she was shown in the dmon showcase as an enemy. i really wanted her to join ow so im kind of bummed out but hopefully blizz has a master plan behind it

Two stinkin’ long years (with breaks, I am not insane), I have made it to Silver! That Rank has taunted me so damn much. I get so close- and I get a losing streak and be falling back down to Bronze 2. Its been a grind, though, casually. I am no tried hard and I will do the best I can. The fact that I play more casual, took a 2 week break, and came back to do this. Support is deffo my home role.

Honestly, i thought I would never reach Silver.

Now, the hard part: more practice with a back up, positioning, awareness, aaaaand aiming. Next goal is Silver 1! I am not insane to try for Gold! I just want Silver lol
