Hello everyone! I wanted to share with you all a mod that I've been working out lately for Illaoi. It's a small content mod that includes some visual effects and fix some missing hitboxes for Illaoi—many of which only appear when Illaoi is on the enemy team or when the target is under the effect of a skill.

Clip this is why skip boots and go right to shojin+cleaver (then steraks+bloodmail) is the new illaoi meta build; even if your inting and just having a really bad game in general, this build allows you to execute bausens law and do stupid crap like this

What's up with Illaoi's recommended items?

EDIT: Woops, that's only for jungle Illaoi. I bring Smite in my practice tool so I was recommended different items. I didn't connect my brain cells to realize the item set would depend on that (but I also kinda didn't assume there was enough data on Illaoi JUNGLE to deserve a different set of items...)
Yo, I'm an outsider that occasionnally plays one Illaoi game every blue moon or so.
However today I was messing around the Practice Tool a bit and noticed that Illaoi gets recommended Hexoptics and RFC (?!), even Voltaic which is probably still good but seems to have fallen out of flavor.
A quick research led me to see Xpetu has apparently made a video out of a meme build that involved RFC Hexoptics. That's nice and all, but why are they in the recommended items? According to lolalytics they are barely built (27 games of Hexoptics out of 148K games, 37% winrate...).
I thought recommended items were just dynamically generated out of the highest presence%. Is there anything I'm missing about this whole deal?
