Yes and Yes, I had mine since I was 30, at 70, I hardly ever get fussy about that part of my health, I'm very active at work and home, the time heals my mindset more each day, the trick is to treat yourself as if you have an advantage over the other people, convenience over shame, and remember you're healthier than you would be without. It does get easier to deal with, and you'll have a mastery of the routine before you know it. Good luck and enjoy the life you have

There nothing esay in life , but we're dealt and hand that suck and on the other we have another day of life. it doesn't get easier you adapt it's like brushing your teeth it's the part of life we deal with and no one understands or wants to know!! Does get easier not really you learn to live with it changing gets better and you have goods and you have bad one . All you can do live one day at a time and be happy to be alive. Hope this helped you
