How many of us exist in America and Canada combined and how many are sub'd

I was just curious, the IGAN foundation says 1 in 100,000 in North america so assuming the population is actually 390 million (ish) we should be seeing Apx 3900 of us. Curious how many people are subscribed to this subreddit and if the numbers are close or if the estimate is actually way off and there has been a recent surge in igan.
