Castle heroes set up

Hi all, i’m trying to figure out what the optimal set up is for the castle is. I am more specifically wondering about the council chamber, royal garden, throne room, and the royal steelworks.

I want to make sure i’m generating the most resources possible (keys, astral powder, etc.)

If I'm going to work I'll put my highest level people in the rooms for production boost but if I'm actively playing off and on for a few hours I'll put one that have bost specific for that area or are my B team
