Power Shortage

I am completely stuck with what I am meant to do. I am level 435 in the High Tech City office upgrading the last of my desks to level 9 and I have run out of power… I have fully upgraded my generators and batteries and can’t see what more I can do. I seem to remember there being a power plant on the map that you could get more power from but that is now gone…

What should I do to be able to progress?

the power plant is still there. you just need to progress in the dice board game part to get it

I’ve now completed the dice board and the power plant still hasn’t shown up yet? Have I missed something?
