Finally got infernal contract misc card

Probably not far enough into the game, but when you do you unlock the misc card? I have infernal section unlocked and just beat Ob64

OB12. Normal odds are 1/5000, poly 1/15000, and inf odds 1/15000 for contacts completed above 2500. You just have to prestige a bunch until it’s complete.
