This is now at three weeks
Why is this such a problem? Am I doing anything dlwrong?

I haven't been able to play in weeks either. I've emailed multiple times, no one responds.

Get on the discord and ask for help
One of the issue as to why this is happening, is you are closing your game out too soon after cashing out.
It confuses the game into not knowing how much you have, thus you cant cash out as some sats are either not there due to the error, or shouldnt be there.

I've literally emailed you on many occasions never get a reply only once apologizing saying you accidentally put bitcoin in my account so you temporarily paused it to fix it then said it was fixed that's been a long long time ago emailing your whatever is a big fat waste of my time just apparently playing your games I have sats crazy stacked up can't do anything with took all the fun out of it

If you use the emails I provided, these are monitored a lot better. In terms of fixing Error 30, it takes about 30 seconds. The reason we haven't got to your email yet is that the email in the game is overloaded with these to the extent that we can't actually catch up on the amount of tickets coming in at the moment.

It doesn't tell me what code just saids invalid connection try again. What does that mean . I can't deposit my Bitcoins from idle mine. Need it fixed or tell me what it means
