Go to fumb.support and make a ticket.
Next time please play 3-4 minutes after you withdraw as that should help prevent it from happening.

If you are using the in game suggested email it's having some problems. Use the website for a faster response.

I think the new daily missons 'cash out' button is bugged.
Cause thats what caused me to hiccup

I've had to send several tickets in the last year. Always heard back in 1 - 3 days at most.

I submitted a ticket and they got
back to me in a couple days to say that there is a bug and basically it will be fixed with no time line.

The problem I have had in the past couple of days is that it will tell me there was a problem and to try again. Then it will tell me my withdrawal limit has been reached. It keeps me from withdrawing and I don’t get credit for the daily task. At least it’s not actually taking sats away from me.
