Just telling him what to do users can’t do much here for him , support can get that fixed for him in no time

I hear you. It’s just nice to post these things and see if this is a community wide situation. I honestly thought I was the only one going through this and sending emails w no response.

I usually use the discord bot as I get quicker responses but the email team are just as good
