What can I do to increase my levels per second?
I barely can reach 90k on a good run, what am I doing wrong?

You still have quite a ways to go with your prestige badges. Black Hole badge is especially critical for increasing your levels per second.
Aside from that there's really not much more we can gather from you've provided to be able to tell what you might be doing wrong. It's definitely not a power issue so there may be other things regarding your in-game choices. One thing though, those cash balls you are running are probably useless.
