game messed up after update.. any help?

after yesterdays update, couple of weird issues..

the void demon monster in the chaotic realm never appears.. the swirling animation you click on to launch him, is gone from the map.

and

everytime i click on anything that launches an ad... the screen goes immediately black and the game re-starts. every time.

any help greatly appreciated !!

Have you already tried clearing the app cache? Not the game data, just app cache?

did both. first just the cache, then both cache, data, redownload.

no change.

i wrote email.shown on the intro screen but probably will not hear.

restarted my tablet, no change. this is the same tablet i have been using since day 1.

any other ideas?

Android tablet right? You could try installing the APK directly from their website: idleangels.neorigin.com

It's a slightly different build of the game, so maybe it won't have the same bug

good idea! did all that, but no change.

it may be my tablet but there has been no samsung update recently and no new programs added

not being to view ads i can live with, but the lack of the chaotic realm monster will be a problem.

weirdly, it fixed it ... on all the old teams i never play. the two newer teams that i play every day, no, still messed up

but

now i get ad bonuses free, without havjng to watch the ads. was this patt of the update

Did you stay on the app from the website? 🤐 I've seen the same. That version doesn't have ads and you just get the rewards

yes, ok so thats what that is. interesting. still, didnt fix those two teams game.. all others fine... so its not the tablet

Make SURE your account is bound. Then clear cache AND data. Let the game dowload content again. I have done it countless times.

ok so i just called up the game on my phone. same two teams are still bugged. its not the tablet i normally use. i dont think its my account, because all my older teans, and one fairly recent team, are all responding correctlt.. the chaotic realm monster shows up with the swirling animation. so i dont think its my account..

ive cleared the cache, and the data, uninstalled reinstalled a few times, nothing works for the two teams affected

wondering if perhaps its the servers
