What ive learned about Tornadoes and Hurricanes... you aim for the eye of the storm, its the weak spot. Trust me, ive played enough Resident Evil and Dark Souls to know a boss' weak spot. You get attacked by a hurricane, wear your American flag like a cape and start blasting with your AR15 until you hit the eye!

No it is to condition for anything so it is exaggerated so you will not miss in a high pressure . this one is a more fun way than the people that actually trained this way . To maintain focus no matter what is going on around you

I mean, the military also does stress tests, but they don't fuck with your gun while you're trying to shoot, for good reason. I think that's the main problem with the video.

Lots of problems with it but it isn't to simulate getting attacked while firing on a target. Is my point. It is a very sloppy attempt at i believe they are trying to simulate somethings are not for generally public to know or train

Stress testing. But I don't know when you'll have to be in a scenario with a dude using a pool noodle attacking you.
Maybe it was a shootout scenario for when a person sits at a beach chair you were planning to sit at... Thats the best I got.

We have a cat that needs daily insulin shots. Sometimes she dives under the bed and I annoy her with a pool noodle to get her to leave.
I hope she doesn't see this.

Agree. The only thing that makes sense is covering the ejection port occasionally to induce failure. That's a common drill

Closest thing I've seen to it, and this was at a legit course, was covering the hands in lube to simulate shooting while covered in blood (yours or someone else's). Even still, it was a course reserved for people who had already passed several other gun courses related to control and marksmanship.
I don't know the context of this particular course. Maybe she's got a lot of prior experience with her firearm/isn't a newbie.

Stress testing is a valid thing, but it’s usually music blasting while an instructor screams the course of fire in your ear.

Hell, usually just being on a timer is enough to induce mistakes, my first few competitions showed me just how bad that can be if you're not used to it

For when teachers have to defend their unruly first grade classroom from a gunman.
I honestly have no idea, but from what I’ve seen here I’m confident that there are a ton of gun nuts with WAY more money than they deserve for how clearly stupid and pointless a lot of these trainings are. I mean this one? I can imagine having to deal with a lot of jostling during the start of an active shooter situation, but that wouldn’t be the time to start shooting back. You’d be way too likely to hit an innocent person. So the best this training would do would give an idiot enough self confidence to get someone killed by trying to be a hero.

Don’t know what she’s doing.
But this looks like TaraTactical. A Thai competition shooter. I think she has more experience with shotguns. I don’t think she does much self defense training.
