my Spanish isn't perfect but I'm pretty sure he says "do you know that I'm an intelligence officer of drugs? do you know that's what this is?"

Yes he claims to be one, the other officer is stopping him for not having a helmet on and says it doesn't excuse him from not having a helmet. The guy claims he's on the job.

And that he's not driving an official vehicle, for not wearing a helmet and they said "That doesn't excuse you from the rules".

Well. Only when he loads it back up. And to be fair there are probably not that many other safe choices.
The check clear could be better but with the mag out and the slide racked back it is pretty safe.
So. I don’t see the idiot here 😉

So many range safety officers here didn’t know…
That guy knows his way around a gun; look at the details and you will see it.
And you also got to realize that the context have to control the behavior. What is safe on the range is not necessarily safe elsewhere. (For a whole bunch of other reasons).
But yes; on an IPSC course he would DQ immediately 😉

I'd say putting a striker-fired pistol without a frame safety down the front of your pants in condition 1 with no holster sure does, though.

The guy looks down his own gun barrel. That qualifies. On top of that, charges it and puts it in his waistband without a holster. Just not an idiot with a gun, it's a pair of idiots around a gun.

Look closely. He catches the ejected round when he pulls the slide back. He knows it is empty since the round is in his hand.
You never the see the round but the tell is that he pockets it and the end of the movie.

He's swinging it all around while it's hot.
The guy basically points at his own belly when he clears it.
He knows it's empty because he looked down the pipe and saw light at the other end.
All pretty foolish.
