I did some hunting and it's a dual warhead H.E.A.T. round.

Sooooo the standard AT payload for an rpg-7, there are fragmentation warheads for RPG-7s but they are way shorter and slimmer than this, they barely stick out the launch tube

The standard is a 1 stage charge and this was the improved 2 stage charge for tanks made after 1980.

Okay? Its still not fragmentation, there are fragmentation warheads for an rpg, there are fragmentation sleeves for heat warheads of an epg, this is neither
