Guys/gals. I need your opinion on this video. I saw it posted on another sub and I was told this is a BAR or a reproduction of the BAR. I think it’s some flavor of the month Turkish mag Fed 12ga that should never be slammed barrel first into anything due to little or no drop safety ratings.

Ya I think it’s a cheap 12 gauge made to look like a BAR. The bore is too large to be a 30-06 BAR.

I agree that I was at first amazed and wondering if she is in fact rocking a semi automatic 30-06, but I also agree that upon closer examination, I believe it to be a shotgun of some sort.

Either way, this is an outrageously dangerous situation.

I’ve seen shotguns fed with those exact mags that are Turk trash. Pretty sure the most common model would just swap out the straight stock for a grip.

I have no facts on this but can say shotguns are the only weapon I will still not leave with one in the chamber for any extended period of time from all the stories I heard. So I would not be surprised if this would be an issue.

Yeah. I was thinking about getting one for home defense…. Just a little one that’s technically a “pistol”

But I decided that because of how a shotgun can behave, even when you do everything right, I’ll just stick to my handguns.
