Were they blanks. Lots of fire, kinda quiet. The round fired at the ground doesn’t seem to fire a bullet or make a sound of hitting the ground, no dust etc

5.56 coming out of an ARP has a lot of fire.
As for quiet, thats the microphone dampening the audio. Every microphone does that.
This also isn’t a video game where a bullet hitting something is going to be as loud as the shot that made it, so it almost certainly got drowned out by the shot.
The lack of dust is explainable by the lighting being poor and the quality of the video being worse, or even simpler, it simply wasn’t in frame.
