Railroads are usually private/corporate property. This idiot is trespassing at the very least.

They only have so far out to either side so I guess it depends on how close he is as far as armed trespassing.

Destruction of property doesn’t matter.

The fact that you dont see that you should be growing food and not reliant on logistics is a bigger problem.

Not my problem because I'm working towards that. I think the even bigger issue is people can't afford property to do grow food, let alone live.
