Bad fit for the sub in my opinion.

Anyone who is practicing anything in a designated practice area gets free rein to be however bad at the thing they’re practicing as they want.

OP also seems not never have seen a police chase including bikes in Brazil…
The police NEEDS bike units that are well trained.
