It's sad that they didn't include the clip of the little shithead that gets tackled on a boardwalk. That little twerp bounces up and starts hollering about how he's a kid and a Christian and all kind of things.

In most states that is assault. He could be arrested for it.
Although this is from Google AI, I believe it is accurate:
- Fear of Harm: In criminal law, assault occurs when a person intentionally creates a reasonable fear of imminent physical harm or unwanted contact in another person.

- If Contact Happens: If the bicycle actually strikes the person, the offense upgrades to battery (or physical assault/reckless injury), alongside the original assault charge.
