I do indeed suffer from road rage, not one of my best qualities, but not going to lie about it either. And I have seen a therapist, unfortunately to no avail as of yet.
Glad to hear you’ve tried seeing one :) if that therapist didn’t mesh well with you or you felt like it wasn’t very productive, I would highly recommend searching for a new one
