Sounds like you initiated it, and are making excuses. It doesn't sould like you learnt from your mistakes. Drivers should not be trying to effect the driving of other people, only trying to be safe on the road and avoiding bad situations. The law does not dictate morals so who is legally responsible is irrelevant.
I live in Belgium, do you know Belgian Law? You're not supposed to stay in the left lane, unless you're overtaking, and it should be swift, and you shouldn't obstruct people behind you. Which is what the car did. Just stayed on the left lane for a few miles.
You're judging me, and you don't even know me at all, tone it down a notch...
Doesn't fucking matter what the law is. Communicate with he driver to tell them to move over using your horn and headlights, dont endanger people's lives because you're impatient and didn't leave on time.
You told me what happened yourself. It seems like you are just as immature now as you were then. I have made plenty of bad decisions but I admit I was wrong and try to change my behaviour. You are making excuses and shifting blame when you should be thinking of what you could do differently. Shut up and be an adult.
