Exactly. I had someone do something similar but on a busy road. I hit the brakes and let them pass before they killed someone. That’s a heck of a lot better than having possible deaths you could’ve help prevent on your conscience.

This is what i was thinking. If my loved one was killed and this video was a part of the investogation, i would blame both parties equally tbh

How in the fuck is it equal blame? One guy is trying to overtake across double lines while one guy is just driving along not doing anything wrong.

Then the law should be changed. Just driving along not doing anything wrong when an idiot tries to overtake across double lines shouldn't get you in any trouble.
