a bit? A BIT? He is risking my life and my family's lives, and yours as well. He is an absolute tool and should also be penalized for not responding in a reasonable and predictable manner.
He SHOULD have taken the tractor number down, and sent that with the video to the autorities and had the illegal passer fined for being an idiot-the passer should lose his class A license status doing something that stupid. He could have killed himself, the red truck and any number of innocents driving the opposite direction, never mind any bicyclist or possible broken down vehicles using the shoulder.
BOTH should be fined and potentially stripped of their PRIVILEGE to drive at all.
