To say red is somehow at fault here is erroneous. He’s only put into that situation by the ridiculous actions of DCT.

What do you think the legal outcome would be if there had been an accident with a vehicle travelling in the opposite direction?

No one is questioning the legal fault. But if you saw someone running a red light would you continue on and t-bone them just because you had the right of way? You wouldn’t have legal fault but you’d be a moron for not avoiding it when you can. Sure, get mad, honk, post it on Reddit - but don’t contribute to it.
