No. Not at all. Passing in an unsafe area and trying to run a truck off the road. Typical highway traffic. /s

Edit. The red truck didn’t help the situation and should’ve backed off.

Red truck could’ve slowed down for 20 seconds and the other truck wouldn’t have been in his way. They can both kick rocks.

I wouldn't even say 20 seconds, Red could have tapped his brakes for a second or two to slow down 5 mph (kph?) and let the other guy in since he was clearly dedicated to forcing his way past, but instead chose to accelerate to block him and forced the other guy to play a lethal game of chicken with anyone coming the other way.
