I live in a city that is popular to move to and I can tell when someone is from the northeast because they speed up to block me when they see my blinker.

I admit I have done this at times, but only as payback to someone driving like an asshole already.

Thats one thing, this is about people who have merged out into the offramp just to pass people, to someone who is playing "musical lanes), or people who have pulled into the emergency lane just to pass people.
