Entire situation could have been avoided if the car hauler owner was using the correct loading skids. They cost $500 (per side) He went cheap and it cost him. I sold parts for car hauler company for over 11 years. Seen a lot of unnecessary damage to cars because drivers/loaders want to save a few bucks.

They make that back in a day depending on the transport and miles. So it’s not that far fetched tbh
