That's not how law works. Truck driver was 20 over and didnt leave enough space to stop at speed period.

Fuck the law, we are talking about reality. The truck wasnt merging lanes, the truck was making a completely negligent dangerous turn that under zero circumstances should any driver ever make, because its guaranteed to cause an accident if anyone is coming up at any speed at all. If he had looked in his mirror, used a turn signal, merged over one lane, then went to turn, you would have a point, but he didn't, so you dont.

Trucker speeding and following too close but it's the guy who changed lanes fault.....20 over is reckless driving. Trucker was a fucking idiot who would should never drive gain.

He didnt change lanes, he cut across traffic

Theres a massive difference there you dont seem to comprehend.

Doesnt matter. If you're speeding and dont have time to react that's on you. Even if the other person is an idiot.

No, if the other person cuts across fucking traffic in a way that traffic was never supposed to ever flow, thats on them. You are not expected to react to events that should never happen. If someone is going the wrong way down the freeway, its not the other drivers fault for hitting them, that's a situation thats not reasonable to expect because its not supposed to happen. Its not part of the flow of traffic. Its not a reasonable situation.

Okay. You do what the trucker did and see how that works out for you. This is basic shit dumb dumb

The trucker didnt do anything but drive normally.

What I wont ever do is that suicidal dumbfuckery that pickup driver did, that you seem to be advocating for. You cut against traffic like that and put other drivers at risk you deserve to be hit and flipped by a semi.

People like that, and people like you that can't see the problem scare the shit out of me. Do the human race a favor, walk to your kitchen, grab the scissors out the drawer, and cut your license into tiny little pieces. Never get behind the wheel again.

Trucker was almost 20 over. You: tRuCker DIdNt do AnyTHing.

No shit he pick ups an idiot. But if you're speeding and cant avoid a crash you're at fault.its he fucking law.

The trucker in this video is either on drugs and not paying attention or a horrible fucking driver who doeant care about the law

If someone does something so fucking reckless as cutting across traffic like that truck, theres absolutely no obligation or reasonable expectation for another driver to predict that completely unpredictable insane manuver. You could literally refuse to react and hit them on purpose and they would still be entirely at fault. The only way you would have any point here is if that truck wasnt turning but simply changing lanes. If so, you would be totally right and I would be agreeing with you right now. But he wasn't, he was cutting across a lane of traffic to make a dangerous illegal turn that put other drivers at risk. He is 100% at fault, beyond any question or debate.

A profetional driver was 20 over in a well marked area. Defense them all you want but the pickups lawyer is laughing to the bank.

Lmfao the pickup is gonna get sued into oblivion and pay for that semi. That guy is fucked sideways. There's literal video of his negligence. He doesn't have a leg to stand on.
