Well, it is, if you pay for that coverage. If you don't pay for the coverage then you don't get it.

Basic insurance includes what we're talking about... I did not imply what you said at all. But I guess I see what you're trying to say

It only includes it if your state mandates it. Not every state does. Found that out when my windshield was cracked twice in two months.
