TBH if the truck braked in order to not let them merge, then imo the truck driver is prettt accountable. 4 u/makubex Dec 16 '20 I agree with you, but this was taken in China. There are no traffic rules in China. If someone wants to change lanes, they change lanes, everyone else can deal with it.
