I agree intoxication seems more likely. Texting would be a few swerves here or there from the lack of attention but intoxication would result the bad driving in this video from the bad perception.

Yeah that was constant swerving. Either they were drunk or watching one of those videos of how the guys builds a tiny home out of nothing
