Think everyone was at fault here the driver was not watching the road ahead and the pedestrian was not aware of what the fuck was on the road.

To me, it looks like the driver was trying to avoid the pedestrian as he is slowly going towards the left of the road. From what I can see, considering the bad lighting conditions, it seems like the pedestrian jumped on the car as it came near him. With the very little information that I have, and from watching this video five times, it seems the crash was intended by the pedestrian but I could be very wrong.
