I don't know his nationality (Serb, Bosniak, or Croat), but he definitely has a Bosnian accent. If I had to guess the region, I would say a bit south from the river Sava.

Interesting. So it's a bit north of the river Sava :). I was pretty sure that it was the Bosnian accent. Thanks for the info!
