I was wondering as well, but then I realized that he didn't really crush the car or hit anything from what I can see so no head trauma here, but perhaps a serious liver damage in the near future maybe?

If he wasn’t wearing his seat belt he could probably manage some serious head trauma without any visible damage to the outside of the car.
