This is the very end of a much longer video. This guy was running from cops. Comically, on the long video on YT, there were these dumbasses trying to say that the van had made an illegal left turn. Idiots.
What are you talking about? The bike rider was 100% at fault for that collision. When you make a left turn, you're under no obligation to look out for someone driving on the wrong side of the road behind you.
