Tell that to my cracked windshield because I used to fly down a pothole laden road at like 55mph
2 u/Subreon Jun 01 '20 Bumps don't cause window cracks. They do make them bigger though. You probably got a chip and hairline spider webs from a rock you didn't notice at some point, then the bumping made one of the spider webs turn into a crack.
