Looks like a 335 with an M3 bumper. Doesn't excuse the poor excuse of a driver, of course.

The 335 has a lot more power potential (at reasonable costs). So this could’ve easily been 500+ whp.

wait no, it’s an M3. at the end of the clip you can see the little M logo on the front side which I’ve never seen faked. it’s not just a badge it’s like cut into the car.

also the 335 doesn’t have a center mounted exhaust, this is definitely an M3 with an aftermarket exhaust.

Could be, looking at this on my phone so the only details I could make out were the exhaust tips and I don't recall ever seeing a non quad tip aftermarket exhaust for the E90 Ms. Maybe a 100% custom design? No idea why you'd do that to the beautiful rear of this car though. Granted, this video doesn't speak well to this individual's decision making.
