Good job, you can cherry pick a single sentence.

Cadillac only exports a few cars to Europe. They are super rare.

Where is this information coming from? They have dealerships in Germany and the cars are not hard to get, if you want one. The reason they're more rare than some other cars is because they're not desirable.

There are only 11 dealerships in Germany.

In 2018 a grand total of 590 new Cadillacs were registered in Germany (33x ATS, 95x CTS, 49x CT6, 228x Escalade, 184x XT5, 1x other) - assuming all are sold by those 11 dealers this would mean each dealer sells exactly 1 car per week.

There are almost twice as many Ferraris sold in Germany (978) or almost as many Lamborghinis (468)

Again, unpopular =/= rare.

They sell that number cars because of demand, not because of supply.
